Dr. Elhami Nasr
Dr. Nasr holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Management from University of Colorado Boulder, and bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from 91ÁÔÆæ. In addition to teaching at 91ÁÔÆæ, during his career Dr. Nasr also served as District 7 office chief at the 91ÁÔÆæDepartment of Transportation and Vice Provost and Interim Provost at Florida Polytechnic.
